HOW TO COOK A PERFECT PASTA DISH
- Use a large pot
- Load up the pot with lots of water
- Bring the water to a full, rolling boil
- Salt the water
- Just keep stirring
- Taste the pasta two minutes before it’s ready to check if it’s “al dente”
- Save a scoop of pasta water to make the sauce more creamy
- Drain, stir with sauce and enjoy!
